Villa Muse Okinawa キャンセルポリシー

Villa Muse Okinawa（以下『当宿』と言う。）では、ご予約の後お客様がキャンセルされる場合に於いて、以下のようにキャンセルポリシーを定めさせていただきます。

・ご予約確定から48時間以内でかつチェックイン日の7日前15時までのキャンセル
：全額返金

・チェックイン日30日前15時までのキャンセル：50%返金

・チェックイン日30日前15時以降のキャンセル：返金なし

但し、予約サイト、プランごとに別途キャンセルポリシーを定めさせていただいておりますので、予めご確認をお願い申し上げます。

台風など、天候によるキャンセルについて
次に掲げる事項を原因として、お客様がご予約後にキャンセルされる場合は、ご宿泊料金を100％返金いたします。
但し、お客様が当宿指定の窓口へご連絡を行い、管理人が事実確認のうえ承認した場合に限ります。

①飛行機をご利用のお客様で、チェックイン日に沖縄へ到着予定であった便が、天候不順により欠航となった場合。
但し、以下の場合は返金対象外となります。
(1) 宿泊者の3分の2以上が沖縄へ来訪可能である場合
(2) チェックイン日以外の日程の便が欠航した場合
(3) 前泊便・乗継便・振替便・別区間便のみが欠航した場合
(4) 深夜便等の理由により、航空会社上の扱い日がチェックイン日と異なる便である場合

②前項に関わらず、天候不順を原因として、チェックイン日午後1時を超える時間まで沖縄自動車道が閉鎖された場合。

※返金可否の確認のため、Eチケット、欠航通知、予約確認書等の資料をご提示いただく場合がございます。
※台風等の予報がある場合は、事前にお問い合わせください。

Villa Muse Okinawa. Cancel Policy

At Villa Muse Okinawa (hereinafter referred to as “the Accommodation”), the following cancellation policy shall apply in the event that a guest cancels after making a reservation.

• Cancellation made within 48 hours after the reservation is confirmed and before 3:00 PM, 30 days prior to the check-in date:
Full refund

• Cancellation made before 3:00 PM, 30 days prior to the check-in date:
50% refund

• Cancellation made after 3:00 PM, 30 days prior to the check-in date:
No refund

Please note that separate cancellation policies may apply depending on the booking site and accommodation plan. We kindly ask that you confirm the applicable cancellation policy in advance.

★Cancellation Policy Due to Typhoons and Severe Weather★

If a guest cancels a reservation due to any of the circumstances listed below, we will provide a 100% refund of the accommodation fee.

However, refunds will only be issued if the guest contacts our designated support desk and the property manager verifies and approves the circumstances.

① If the flight scheduled to arrive in Okinawa on the check-in date is canceled due to severe weather conditions.

However, refunds will NOT apply in the following cases:

(1) If two-thirds or more of the guests are still able to travel to Okinawa

(2) If the canceled flight is scheduled for a date other than the check-in date

(3) If only a connecting flight, transit flight, replacement flight, overnight/pre-arrival flight, or another separate flight segment is canceled

(4) If the flight date recognized by the airline differs from the check-in date due to late-night or overnight flight scheduling

② Regardless of the above, if the Okinawa Expressway remains closed past 1:00 PM on the check-in date due to severe weather conditions.

※ To confirm refund eligibility, guests may be asked to provide documents such as E-tickets, flight cancellation notices, or reservation confirmations.

※ If a typhoon or severe weather is forecast during your travel period, please contact us in advance.
